Our Business

Porter Kennels has been training, hunting, guiding and testing German Shorthairs, Weimaraners and English Pointers for over 20 years. This is the first time we have offered one of our dogs at stud. We feel Brody is the best of the best.  We have confirmed this by testing in NAVHDA, AKC hunt tests and trialing in NSTRA. . 

Our dogs are extremely calm and make great pets along with hunting partners. If you're tired of having a high strung hunting dog around your house, you need to breed to our light switch dogs. Brody is calm around the house and a hunting machines in the field and woods. We would be happy to provide references of customers who have hunted over or have judged Brody.
